- How could I be this stupid?!
- Why didn't I see the signs before?
- What was I thinking?
- When will I ever learn?
The more you proclaim these sayings/negative affirmations to yourself, the more your mind actually beleives that you are at fault, making you attract more lower emotions to yourself.
We are all human and its okay to be disappointed from time-to-time--we can't stuff down what we are feeling and pretend its not real. However our Angels don't want you to dwell
in these lower emotions.
Affirming instead: "Mistakes Enable Me To Learn And Grow," enables you to:
- have patience with yourself. This is your first time experiencing the particular situation. You only know so much based on your prior experiences.
- free yourself from guilt
- acknowledge that you made the best choice you thought was right at the time
- learn from the experience. Now you are familar with patterns or signs that will signal you to be aware for next time
- grow stronger while moving ahead. You can only move forward from here and you have discovered that you aren't a victim, but a person with inner power now.
